Chapter Awards

The Sparkplug Awards recognize individuals who have been truly outstanding chapter leaders and who have given exceptional service to local alumni, UW-Madison and the Wisconsin Alumni Association. If someone in your chapter is deserving of this award, please consider nominating him or her.

Guidelines are listed below. Referring to the chapter leader role definition will help as well. This information may be submitted by February 1, 2007.

• What has this person done to engage a broad range of alumni?
• How has this person communicate effectively with alumni and others?

• How has this person promoted the mission and spirit of the UW?
• How has this person supported the WAA brand and mission?

• What has this person done to demonstrate and develop strong chapter leadership?
• How has this person helped ensure that a strong chapter structure is in place?
