Certain things, like football and tax season, are sure to happen every year. Though we can’t help you out with the taxes, we can help you plan student send offs and apply for awards with this handy calendar.

March 1
Football Ticket Allocation Forms due (Wisconsin chapters only).

April 1
Lists of continuing and accepted students in your chapter area will be provided to all chapters who have given scholarships in the past. If you have not given scholarships, but would like the lists sent to you, please contact Joe Hammes.

First day to request lists of accepted transfer students. Please contact Joe Hammes to request all lists.

May 20
First day to request lists of incoming first-year and transfer students who have submitted their deposits (often used for student send off mailings). Please contact Joe Hammes to request all lists.

July 15
Deadline to submit Scholarship Transmittal Forms to Joe Hammes.

First day of WAA’s fiscal year (ends next June 30)
Submit engagement and event plan to your WAA chapter liaison.

September 1
Founders’ Day reminder sent to all chapter presidents.

September 30
Deadline to submit new chapter rosters and annual report (including treasurer’s report and affirmed by-laws). This information will be used to determine Bascom chapters for the upcoming year.

Last day to complete WAA's Annual Chapter Survey and Volunteer Survey.

October
Chapter Leader Fall Forum (Bascom Chapters anounced)

November 1
Founders’ Day Topic Requests are due to WAA.

December 15
Last day to submit Sparkplug and Outstanding Chapter nomination forms.

January 15
Founders' Day invite requests due to WAA.

Eight weeks before printing
Please submit all details for print pieces to WAA eight weeks before you would like us to print the piece, to allow time for editing and design.
