Activities begin on Friday, November 14. Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. in Alumni Lounge.
Registration materials will only be available for pick-up on Friday. Students are able to pick-up their parent's materials on Friday with their student ID card.
How do I obtain football tickets?
One football ticket is included in each package. There's a limit of 3 packages per family. Football ticket packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will my football tickets be mailed to me?
No. For security reasons football tickets will not be mailed. They will be available on Friday, November 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If my student has tickets, can they sit with me?
No. Student tickets are in a different assigned section of the stadium.
Can my student come to all the events with me?
Students are freely admitted to all Friday activities. Registration is required for the BADGER HUDDLE, football game and brunch.
Parents are able to buy extra Badger Huddle tailgate tickets and brunch tickets.
If parents want their student to sit with them at the football game they need to purchase a package containing a football ticket.
Are siblings or other family and friends welcome?
The purpose of First-Year Parents' Weekend program is to provide parents with the opportunity to experience their student's life on campus.
Due to the popularity of FPW events, we regret that we're unable to accommodate additional family members and guests, especially for the football game.
Where can parents park?
Parking information will be in each parents' confirmation materials. Parents submit parking information on their own.
Parents will receive their confirmation materials by mid-October.
WAA does NOT handle parking permits. Parking is provided by UW-Transportation.
How will parents know if they have received football tickets?
Parents should watch for their confirmation materials. If they did not receive football tickets, they will receive notification via mail about two weeks after registering.
