Bay Area Badgers WAA Chapter Scholarships
Each year the Bay Area Badgers award tuition assistance scholarships to selected Bay Area students who attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During the year, we depend on the generosity of Bay Area Badgers like you to make this scholarship program possible. This is a great way to spread the name of the University of Wisconsin, and encourage students from the Bay Area to attend our great university.
All donations, up to $10,000 annually, will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the UW Foundation!

This year, 4 scholarships for $2,000 each were awarded at Founders' Day on June 19th. We had 15 applicants this year, and were extremely impressed with the quality of each one. The 2008 recipients (and expected graduation dates) are:
Billy Burnside (x'12)
Tatiana Goncalves (x'12)
Phoebe Kasdin (x'10)
Jennifer Shane (x'10)
