- 2009-10 BASCOM CHAPTER For the third year in a row, our Chapter has received Bascom level status in recognition of outstanding achievements and service to alumni in Orange County. THANK YOU to all the Board Members, Committee Chairs, and volunteers who contribute endless hours to execute great events, community service, and overall outreach!
- 2009 WAA Chapter Leader Forum Mike Gosz, Susie Lynch, and Amy Jo Pedone participated in an all day conference with Chapter Leaders all over the US plus France and Japan. Best practices were exchanged as well as what is up and coming in 2010 with WAA.

University of Wisconsin students and faculty will be featured on CNN today and tomorrow as part of CNN’s “Money and Mainstreet” program. The CNN Express team is currently onsite in the courtyard of Grainger Hall. CNN’s Chief Business Correspondent Ali Velshi will be talking to UW students and professors to gauge their concerns on the economy and health care in this country.
