The idea is this: in addition to the nearly 20,000 people who are currently taking part in the race in Madison, UW Athletics, the National W Club and the Wisconsin Alumni Association will join forces to help coordinate satellite events, on the same day, anywhere there is interest – from Boston to Bismarck, Melbourne to Madrid, Tampa to Tokyo, and anyplace in between...including ORANGE COUNTY!

- Location: Newport Back Bay
- Parking: Free in the gravel parking lot on Back Bay Drive; after the intersection of San Joaquin Hills and Back Bay Drive (which is the green dot on the Course Map), the parking lot is 0.4 miles into the Back Bay on Back Bay Drive (parking lot will be on your left). If the parking lot is full, you can park nearby on San Joaquin Hills Rd and walk to the start. Allow yourself 15 to 30 minutes to find parking and possible walk 0.5 miles to start (if parking lot is full).
