WAA-Houston: Supporting Students

WAA-Houston scholarships are awarded to local high school students who are attending UW for the first time as new freshmen.

The amount and number of these scholarships is determined purely by the annual success of our Scholarship Fund.

When paid out as scholarships, the first $8000 of these funds are matched 100% by the UW Foundation each year.

Donations made directly to this fund are tax-deductible and usually employer-matching eligible.

You can represent UW at local high schools and inform their students about everything your alma mater has to offer them.

Listed to the right are the schools we usually attend. Don't see a school/district you want to cover? We're probably willing to add it to our list if you're willing to commit to it.
