WAA: Columbus Chapter

We're an excitable group of Badgers who try to get together regularly to celebrate our shared Wisconsin history. Whether it be for a celebration before the Badgers take on those local nuts in football, the annual Founders Day dinner, or for a scholarship committee meeting, we are pleased to don our Badger red and participate. In fact, the Wisconsin Alumni Association even honored us with their Outstanding Club Award in 2001.

• cooperate with WAA in promoting the best interests of the university.
• encourage qualified young people to attend UW-Madison.
• support local students attending the UW.
• provide UW-Madison alumni, parents, and students in the area with a local connection to the university.
• foster fellowship and cooperation among alumni and friends of the UW.
• serve as a tool for networking in the local job market.
• provide leadership in the support of higher education.
• socialize in the famous Badger tradition!
• assist and support UW student and alumni organizations.
• maintain awareness of legislative developments affecting the university.

Give online to the UW Alumni Club of WACCP Scholarship Fund. All funds collected, up to $8,000, will be matched by the UW Foundation. All proceeds will go to deserving local students attending UW-Madison.
