On Sunday, Mar. 4, 2007, the Weidner Center played host to Big Ten’s most revered college band as the University of Wisconsin Varsity Band held its annual Brown County concert. This performance marks the 10th consecutive year that the UW Varsity Band has traveled to Green Bay. The event was a sell-out and the band had attendees on their feet to all of the Badger favorites.
Proceeds from the concert benefited the UW Alumni Club of Brown County's scholarship fund, which provides financial support to UW-Madison students that are originally from Brown County.
