African American Alumni Association (AAAA)

The African American Alumni Association (AAAA) works to recruit, support and retain African-American students at UW-Madison. As a part of our mission, we have worked throughout the years to provide emotional and financial support to current students. The group typically awards two scholarships per year. The 2006-07 scholarship recipients are Asobari Amachree, Janine Franklin and Kenya Bonner.

This year, we will continue our support by providing scholarships to students who have proven themselves academically and who are also aspiring to be the leaders of the future.

We will award scholarships for the 2009-10 academic year, to African American students who display high academic standards and who are active in both the university and surrounding communities.
