WAA: Beijing Chapter
As the fall term is just about to start, it is time for our summer event! Alumni from throughout Beijing will have an opportunity once again to get together and have a good time August 1 at the Runqing Garden Resort north of the city.
There will be a full barbecue menu, including meat and vegetarian options, beer, soft drinks and water and use of Runqing Garden’s beautiful outdoor facilities.
Prospective students can talk to current students about life at Madison. Current students can talk to recent graduates about the job market. Recent graduates can talk to more experienced alumni to gain from their knowledge. And all alumni will be able to share a night with the few in Beijing that know how special it is to be a Badger. On Wisconsin!

Time: 3:30 p.m. departure from Dongzhimen, 9:00 p.m. return
Location: Runqing Garden, a resort outside of the city
Transportation: Bus will take all Badgers from Dongzhimen’s Ginza Mall east side to Runqing Garden Resort
Cost: RMB 100 (including food, transportation and Runqing Garden Resort facilities)
