On Wisconsin

Curtain Call

Jerry Frautschi '56 is on the cover of the Fall 2004 On Wisconsin.
Overture, curtain, lights. This is it — we'll hit the heights. . . .

On September 18, Madison will launch into a frenzy of activity to celebrate the opening of its newest architectural phenomenon, the Overture Center. Over nine days, some one hundred and thirty-one events will cram the halls with music, dance, and display. The UW is getting in on the act — many of the performers (including the UW Marching Band and the UW Symphony Orchestra) have strong university ties. For news and a preview of events, check out the links at left.

On with the show — this is it!
