Do you want to reach out to your alumni and students, but don’t know where to begin? Are your current efforts to connect with your alums not working? Or, are your current alumni relations efforts on autopilot and it’s time to rev them up? Let the Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA) help. Our staff provides a wide variety of expertise and advice to assist with all of your alumni relations needs — marketing, event planning, technology consulting, career services and more.
To help put your ideas into practice, WAA is pleased to announce our fourth annual Alumni Relations Grant Program. This grant is available to help UW-Madison campus partners develop a project or initiative to better connect with their alumni. Grants may also be used to improve or enhance current alumni relations projects. Preference will be given to those applications demonstrating unique or innovative ideas for engaging alumni.
Criteria are as follows:
Applicant must be a UW-Madison school, college, department or program.
Awards will be granted in the form of WAA staff time toward execution of the project.
The project must be completed during the time period of July 1, 2012–June 30, 2013
Grant recipients are required to provide a final report to the Wisconsin Alumni Association detailing the success of the project and its impact on the school, college, department, students and/or alumni.
