Littler’s Jonathan Levine Receives Top Ranking in 2017 Chambers USA Guide

Jonathan O. Levine, a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been recognized with a top ranking in the 2017 edition of the prestigious Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers has placed Levine in Band 1, the guide’s highest distinction, since 2010.

Chambers and Partners publishes annual guides to the legal profession across the globe. Inclusion in the Chambers USA guide is based on client and peer review interviews. The guides rank law firms and lawyers on knowledge, effectiveness, experience and client service.

In addition to Levine, 10 other Littler attorneys were also ranked as Band 1 for Labor & Employment in their respective regions: Patrick H. Hicks, Garry G. Mathiason, Alan L. McLaughlin, George E. O’Brien, Douglas S. Parker, Paul E. Prather, Jay D. St. Clair, Lisa (Lee) A. Schreter, Jonathan Shapiro and Robert M. Wolff.

Levine represents employers in all areas of labor-management relations, including litigation before the National Labor Relations Board and in state and federal courts. He also has significant experience with union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, labor arbitration and Title VII. Additionally, he counsels clients on best business and employee relations practices, complex business transactions and the related issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and workforce reductions, and other types of business restructuring.

Levine earned his J.D. from Georgetown University, and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
