Kim Effertz named Vice President – Admission Services

Kim Effertz has been named Vice President – Admission Services at Rogers Behavioral Health. In this role, she is responsible for assuring the highest level of service to patients and families accessing care throughout the health system, including admissions and utilization management functions. In addition, she supports key system initiatives and ensures adherence to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards. Effertz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in child and family studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW). She has been in working in the Rogers’ admissions department since 1999.
