Katherine Himes appointed public policy director

Dr. Katherine Himes (MBA ’01) has been appointed Director of the James A. & Louise McClure Center for Public Policy Research at the University of Idaho. Located next to the State Capitol in Boise, the McClure Center advances accurate and robust research to shape evidence-based policy and dialog for the state, nation, and world. Senator McClure earned the respect of his colleagues for thoughtful pursuit and promotion of bipartisan collaboration, leading to enactment and execution of sound public policy. The McClure Center’s collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to addressing society’s complex issues sustains the Senator’s remarkable legacy.
